Rich DAmaro Rich is a tenured executive who joined Tatum as Chairman and CEO in February 2005 and brings a wealth of experience in strategic management, venture funding, investment banking, and mergers and acquisitions. His impressive career began at KPMG LLP where after 21 years he departed as a member of the Firm's Management Committee, the National Managing Partner for the healthcare practice, and Chairman of the International Practice. After leaving KPMG, Rich served as Chairman and CEO of Greystone.Net, a private e-healthcare product and service company. He also founded Subsidium Health Advisors, a strategic management advisory firm. |

Bayard Hollingsworth Bayard is a seasoned financial executive who joined Tatum in 2006 with more than 15 years of corporate finance, operational and strategic management experience. Prior to becoming CFO of Tatum, Bayard was an Associate Managing Partner for the Firm's Atlanta market. Before joining Tatum, he served as CFO of US Floors, Inc., and Principal for Morris Capital Management, LLC, a private equity management firm. He also served as Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer for Beaulieu Group, a family owned carpet and rug manufacturing company with sales peaking above $1.5 billion. He was also Assistant Vice President for the Corporate Banking departments of Commerzbank AG and ABN AMRO Bank NV, two large international banks. |

Chuck Childs Chuck brings to the CIO role at Tatum the combination of 25 years of experience as both a management consultant and as a seated CIO. He has provided business process and technical solutions to a wide variety of industries including healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services and telecommunications. Most recently, Chuck was CTO for Great West Healthcare, a $4 billion health insurance company. Prior to Great West, Chuck was an Associate Partner with Accenture, where he was the lead technologist and founding member for their Global Oracle practice. |
